Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to help you access courses, manage your account, and find your certificates.
Go to learning.edc.org and select Sign In. Sign in using the same email address and method you used when you enrolled. If you created your account with Google or Apple, choose that same sign-in option.
After you sign in, your Learner Hub is your home page. Open the course you want to continue from there. If you don’t see a course, check that you signed in with the email address you used to enroll. If it’s still missing, contact [email protected] and include the course name and the email address on your account.
Make sure you are using the same sign-in method you used to create your account. If you use an email and password, follow the password-reset option on the sign-in page. If you use Google or Apple, select that sign-in option. If you still can’t access your account, email [email protected] with the email address on your account and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send your password.
Sign in and open your profile using the profile icon in the lower-left corner of the Learner Hub. Update the First Name and Last Name fields, then save your changes. Check that your name is correct before completing a course so it appears correctly on future certificates.
Updating your profile changes the name used for future certificates, but it does not automatically change a certificate that has already been issued. Email [email protected] and ask for help updating the certificate. Include the email address on your account, the course name, and the correct name to display.
Sign in and open your Learner Hub. Select your profile icon in the lower-left corner, then choose Certificates. Download the certificate you need from the certificates available there.
Sign in, open the course from your Learner Hub, and find the lesson with the Zoom link. If you can’t find the lesson or link, contact [email protected] with the course name.
Try refreshing the page and signing out and back in. If the issue continues, email [email protected] with the course name, the email address on your account, a short description of what happened, and any error message you see. Do not include your password or other sensitive information.
Sign in and open your Admin Dashboard, then go to Seat Management. There you can review the seats purchased, claimed, and still available for the products assigned to you. You can also generate, retrieve, and share a sign-up link for learners. Depending on your setup, you may be able to use a seat for yourself or purchase additional seats. If you can’t see a product or an expected option, contact [email protected].
Generate or retrieve the sign-up link for the product and share it with the learner. They need to use that link to enroll with a seat assigned to you. If they already enrolled another way or the link does not work, contact [email protected] with the product name and a brief description of the issue.
Seat Manager tools let you manage seat assignments and view basic enrollment information. Course progress reporting is handled separately. If you need progress reports for a group of learners, contact [email protected] to ask about the appropriate reporting access.
